Electron Beam Coater
The CERAMIS® Coater has an annual capacity of > 100 mio. m2.
The size of the machine allows a coating width of 2.070 mm. The maximum reel diametre is 1.000 mm.
Working Principle
The carrier films are coated by electron beam evaporation in a high vacuum. This coating technology is the result of more than 10 years development of Alcan Packaging.

Slitting Machine
Slitting and final preparation according to customers' requirements are done on a reel slitting machine which is additionally equipped with a special inline web cleaner.
